I feel like I knew both of these things have been coming up, but they still somehow took me by surprise regardless. So first off, Chapter 5 is done! I didn't mention it last update because last update I was still thinking I needed another scene after that one, but I've decided it's better to just skip it. So no comic this month because I need to do writing and stuff for starting Chapter 6. In the meantime, the people on Tumblr voted that they want to do a fanart contest to celebrate a decade of the comic, so that's what we're doing! Here's the rules in case it's easier to read here: WHO: You, if you want!

WHAT: Fanart of broken. Any visual media except for AI images are welcome. If you want to do anything that might be considered NSFW, keep it to roughly the same graphic-ness as it is in the comic.

WHEN: Until midnight, June 28 (CST, 5AM GMT) if you want something specific. But if you submit it before I get up and check everything on the 29th, that's fine too. The fan favorite vote will run on the 29th.

WHERE: On my Tumblr (@yubriamakesart), but you don't have to have a Tumblr to join the contest.

WHY: For fun and prizes. Reward categories will be: My Personal Favorite, Voted Fan Favorite, Most Creative and/or Best Colors, Biggest Huvrye Nose, and Cutest Yin. Prizes will be colored sketches by me.

HOW: Make the art, post it somewhere, then @ me or message me on Tumblr and I'll reblog it. If you're not on Tumblr, message me (Discord, the comments section, wherever) and I'll put it on my Tumblr with links to your stuff.

Note that I may change rules, prizes, prize categories, disqualify entries, or something similar if I need to. But hopefully I won't need to, I just want this to be a fun thing.

Finally, huge thank you to everyone who's been reading and commenting. I do the comic for myself, ultimately, but it's a lot more fun sharing it with people who also enjoy it, and I hope you continue to enjoy where it's headed. <3
